How does a funeral and the transport of the deceased proceed?

By telephone, in writing or in person, we will explain the entire transfer procedure to the home country accurately and in full, drawing on our experience of these moments.

So that we can plan the most suitable transport, in line with your wishes and the expected costs, it is very important that the information you give us is complete and accurate.

Once you instruct us, we take care of every necessary document — the hospital certificate of death, the death certificate, the laissez-passer and others. At your request we also arrange the appropriate religious rites and the transport of the deceased, first to the home and then to the cemetery.

Despite the grief and the strain, the transport of the deceased and the funeral have to be arranged under considerable time pressure.

Our specialists will advise you whether the transport should be made by specialised vehicle or by air.

It is therefore important to contact us immediately, so that we can begin preparing the documents and the legal and customs procedures for the final journey as early as possible, and so that the wish for burial in the home country with all religious rites can be met. We are at your disposal 24 hours a day, including public holidays and weekends.
